Welcome to our Recovery Resources Section. Here we offer a range of things from books, manuals, charts, to poems that deal with the process of becoming tobacco free.
We invite you to explore with us the whole idea of becoming a free person, not just someone who does not smoke. Often the recovery experience can trigger a new confidence and energize the projects and initiatives we have wanted to complete for years. We begin to discover ourselves in a way for the first time since childhood.
We would like to hear your story and have you share your recovery experience with others who have taken a similar path.
Publications
Over the years we have written many books, textbooks and certification manuals focused on the tobacco challenge from the smoker’s perspective.
As a team of addiction professionals we build our knowledge base upon the matrix of what works and what medical science proves. We think of it as ‘The Art & Science of Healing Addictions, in this case tobacco. If it works for the smoker we keep it. If it doesn’t we file it for future reference.

Charts
Over the many years that we have been professionally assisting smokers we have found the use of charts to be very effective in producing the core information the treatment team requires to be of significant value.
We offer a few examples so you can examine and explore the information and see for yourself how a systematic and thorough approach to recovery planning can pay off. The more you know about yourself in relation to tobacco the better the recovery strategy can be.
